Have you lost your home recently? Are you looking for comfort? Are you one of the few million people that have lost your job? You could be sick at home or in a hospital with no visitors and no friends to cheer you up. Don't despair - have you ever thought of using music to place your mind at ease or to use as your crutch? Can music replace a good friend? I highly doubt that it could but it can be an excellent substitute in your hour of need.

Music is a powerful tool that can be used for the common good. It can bridge generational gaps, cross party-lines, cross gender lines and motivate people to act or accomplish goals. Two now very famous people, Michael Phelps and President-elect, Barack Obama recently acknowledged that they have used music, specifically hip hop music as one of their motivational or relaxation tools.

Music can calm nerves, ease depression, uplift spirits and relax you so it is worth the 99-cents that iTunes charges for a download. It is indeed a small price to pay for something that is so powerful and can provide entertainment 24-hour a day all year repeatedly on your iPod, mp3 player, iPhone, Blackberry or your chosen listening device.

Music also allows you to explore, expand your knowledge and learn new interesting facts about other people's lives and experiences. You can find out about one such person, an emerging artist that is quickly blazing onto the hip hop music scene with a unique metaphor-laden style of rap.

Music critics say: he is "well on his way to becoming one of hip hop's most prolific artists" and Adam Bernard said: "I was instantly drawn to his song 'Pull Up.' Dope music and even doper story". He is now producing the Vanguard Series - an eclectic mix of singles - Earl Klugh, Nas cross, blended Caribbean, electronic sounds with heavy drums and strings.

Who is this artist? Jair Dynast, come on over to his space - it's free to join, learn about him, interact, watch his music videos and be a part of this inspiring musical journey with The Vanguard Series.
