Musical Specialization Courses in Florence, Rome and Milan

The Italian institute for foreigners Leonardo da Vinci, with the cooperation of the most important schools of music in our country, presents to all the students interested in the “alternative” study of Italian language, the new Courses for Musical Specialization in Florence, Milan and Rome.

Each venue of our school in fact offers several musical specializations, and students will have the opportunity to choose their favourite kind of course and specialization to attend, in order to reach their aims.

Students will have the chance to attend Canto and Diction courses for Singers, courses about the Language of the Libretti, Orchestral Conducting, History of music, Theory and Solfeggio, and many more. In addition, there are also individual courses and a peculiar introduction course to Italian folk music.

Leader in Italian teaching to foreign students from all over the world, this and much more is what our school has to offer. From years our teaching is based on a professional method, which is complete, qualified and continually updated, to face the requests of students who from years trust in the institute Leonardo da Vinci for their studies in Italian language and culture.

The courses’ minimum duration is 2 weeks, but it can be protracted depending on the study path you selected.

The Courses for Musical Specialization are a totally brand new project of our schools in Florence, Milan and Rome, which offer you the opportunity to attend these courses also during summer time (only in Florence), for a holiday in the pursuit of music, Italian language and fun.

The is for sure the feather in our school’s cap. The Masterclass is a very peculiar event offered by the school of Rome and it will be possible to choose among Masterclass for Musicians or Singers. The access to the course, just for its prestige and high recognition, is subject to an entrance examination.

During this course, students will have the chance to follow the lead of the greatest masters of music in the world, and in the end of the course, they will play together with them in the wonderful final concert at Oratorio del Gonfalone (Oratory of the Banner), a building in Central Rome which once housed a Catholic fraternity.

Therefore, there’s a wide range of courses perfect for all needs and aspirations of students who choose a different way to learn Italian and music.
