Collin Thomas is proud to announce the release of his new album, for the painters…. An album of experimental improvisation and composition dedicated to the great painters of the twentieth century, for the painters…, features an array of instruments, processes and sounds. Influenced greatly by the visual arts, the album is the first in a series of art-themed releases that will evolve into other creative mediums.

Collin Thomas is an experimental musician, percussionist, and composer based in the Kansas City area. While earning his degree in music from Baker University, Thomas conceptualized a new method of musical composition entitled "The Alphabet Method of Musical Construction," which he later self-published in both book form and through his personal website. Always intrigued by the avant-garde and the experimental, he has released many albums, both solo and with his band, Remember the Limit.
