India’s first rap and hip hop band United Desis join the global Hip Hop scene with their new album Desi Game.

Mumbai, IN August 2008: BIG Music launches the music album “United Desis – Desi Game”. Establishing a new genre in the music world called Desi Hip Hop – ‘Desi Hop Hop’, their album now hits the shelf.

As the name suggests United Desis is simply an amalgamation of eclectic desis . Coming from the suburbs of Mumbai Nipun P Deshpande popularly known as Ques?ion and Amit S Modak as Graffiti Culprit the two young but experienced and versatile singers that make up ‘United Desis. Affiliated with the group is the beat maker RSC a.k.a. “Rabbit Sack C”( Sweet Rabbit ENT.) who in addition hails from a different culture, gives a pristine sound for their album and together for the love of hip-hop music and hip hoppers all over the world, they bring a foot tapping, club banging party album titled the “Desi Game”. The album consists of 15 foot tapping tracks.

Rabbit Sack C, the producer of the album, said "With 'Desi-Game', we have established our own new genre of music, making way for the younger generation of Indian artistes to express them selves to the world - 'Exporting our own Hip Hop globally'".

With a vision to connect the whole world with the Desis, the spanking new band hopes to. put Mumbai/ India on the map as the “NEW WEST SIDE”.
