FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Bowie, MD (Sept 5, 2007) – As hip-hop continues to evolve, many artists within the genre come and go. Some contribute greatly to the music and culture while others desecrate it. At various times throughout the history of any movement, someone or something great comes along with one mission: to revolutionize.

Please welcome TrueBless, gifted with words, loved by many, soon to be respected by all. TrueBless, also known as Bless for short, is a former Lakewood, NJ resident now living in PG County, MD. TrueBless has been rhyming since the late eighties and has dedicated himself to the craft.

Bless, an alumni of Delaware State University, is not only gifted on the microphone but also on the basketball court. At one point during his career, he managed to land a spot on the Portland Trailblazers summer league roster. Now Bless has a new mission; as a loving father, he has changed his focus from sports to becoming a leader through music; to assist the younger black community to strive for something more than what the streets have to offer. His mission is to educate, motivate and build the ambition of young people not only where he resides, but also anywhere where his music may reach. Bless is tired of the same thing, the same excuses, the same lifestyle that many of our misguided fall into. He understands the power of words and music; through both mediums, he is here to assist others in reaching their goals.

Bless has been developing his talent for many years; he has voluntarily sat in the background with one goal in mind: to sponge in what hip-hop has to offer. He has been featured on numerous albums, performed at many venues, spoken at several schools in the Maryland area, acted in various plays but more importantly, he has changed the lives of many young people. Now he is reaching higher and wider by releasing his debut album "Mission ISpossible."

The title speaks for itself, the meaning "every mission is possible." Every goal can be reached; every dream can come true; it takes faith and determination. These are the key aspects of his album; Bless wants to deliver a message that many have heard before but presented in his own innovative way. "Keep hope alive" worked well for our elders, now its time for a new motivational slogan for this generation; a revised plan of attack on our problems," states Bless. "Many events and people are the inspiration for this album," says Bless. "[…] my family, friends and of course many hip-hop greats like KRS-One, Public Enemy, Common, Jay-Z and more."

Look for Mission ISpossible Fall 2007 released on Else Where? Entertainment/Truth Be The Lessons Music featuring production and guest appearances by ScholarMan, Mac Truc, Chaneese and Deuce Deuce.
