INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR MUSIC/MUSIC RIGHTS AND ROYALTIES TO BUY OR LICENSE. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU'D LIKE TO SELL OR LICENSE, CONTACT THIS POSTER, ANSWERING THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1. identify each separate musical composition you own, license or administer by name.

2. with respect to each separate musical composition, identify what legal rights you have in the music (for example: full copyright, writer's share, publisher's share, and licensee [of what rights?]).

3. specify the amount of money you've made on the legal rights you own for each separate musical composition over the last five fiscal years.

4. if you are not the sole owner of the specific musical composition, identify all co-owners by name and geographic address and specify what rights each co-owner owns.

5. confirm that a copyright registration was in fact filed as to each musical composition; if so, specify the registration number and date of official registration (with the U.S. registrar of copyrights or registrar of another country--and identify the country of registration).

6. specify your registration of each musical composition with a performance rights organization (like ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or international P.R.O.) and identify the rights organization by name and date of registration as to each.

7. specify whether you are interested in being bought out or interested in licensing rights (such as to administer your rights in a country in which you presently do not earn royalties or license fees from) as to each musical composition.

8. identify yourself by name, and/or company, geographic address, telephone number and e-mail address as well as website if you have one.
