CD REVIEW: Eddie Skuller - Sister Smile
By Ben Ohmart - 05/21/2007 - 10:34 AM EDT

Artist: Eddie Skuller
Genre: Pop
CD Review:
When, on the back of the cd, Billboard says 'an intriguing debut', the little reviewer is going to look pretty stupid going against professional opinion. So I'm going to go along with that sentiment, and add that I find this 3 song teaser wonderfully tempting. I hope he'll send me the full album when it's ready, because he's quite amazing. For instance, I would be prepared to swear on my deathbed that the backing vocals are female. Yet, the jewel case back likewise swears that ALL vocals are by Eddie. You've got to hear it to believe it.

'Sister Smile' leads it off, and would be great on some soundtrack album; in the film, it would be played during the scene where the lead female is introduced in a strip club. Pam Anderson should grab this one for her next flick.

Too good to be 13 minutes long.
