CD Review:
The cerebral and street savvy rapper, Lusciato, delivers the answer to the question what music lovers have repeatedly asked: What is hip-hop? From his White Picket Fences LP, which is replete with thought provoking and intellectually stimulating tracks, comes the simple and appropriately titled, "Hip-Hop." Though buried deep in his repertoire, it is the commercial gem of this project with its sticky chorus and hypnotic melody. Hip-Hop is a radio ready track that could instantly impact radio.
