Best Songs: Only if the sun don't shine
CD Review: Sometimes you do not need much to be happy. I think we have all experienced this feeling in our life, sooner or later it comes into our lives. The same happens with music sometimes. This is a simple album. Nice guitar, soft voice, sweet melodies and feel good lyrics. But it is all it takes. All  you need to like it, and to keep it playing in your cd player. I have listened to this album more than once and I still do. This is a safe receipt to make good music.

The arrangements are so stripped down that they make it all so adorable. I especially like the female voice in “Only if the sun don’t shine”, a really good song, in “Release me” and “Between the lines”.

These songs live on guitar, acoustic guitar and fingerpicking style. Jeff is a gifted fingerstyle guitarist from Portland, Oregon. You can feel the love for his favorite instrument through all the recordings.

I would have loved to have the lyrics in the booklet because I feel they are nice and maybe worth a deeper reading.

I recommend this album to all acoustic music lovers in search for some tranquility, sweet feeling or maybe just for some good emotional songs.
