CD REVIEW: Burnside Project
By Ben Ohmart - 05/21/2007 - 10:34 AM EDT

Artist: Band: Burnside Project
Genre: Alternative
CD Review:
Great indie alternative band that starts with a ‘Telling’ song. I could listen to the bass/rhythm guitar lick on this all day. Everything was basically done by Richard Jankovich, a good engineer and player who keeps you happy and interested throughout the 39 minute cd. He’s young, with the spirit of youth and the happy accidental lyrics which plague the modern religion of the personal. Uh... listen to ‘Drainage’ for a better explanation of what BP’s about. And it’s about time.
