"I
love music, any kind of music, I love music, just as long as it’s
groovin’.” So much of what we hear these days isn’t even close to
groovin, and I’m hoping to be part of a cog in the wheel that brings
great music and vibe back up front and center. I love other musicians,
and learn a lot from every one of them I meet, no matter what kind
of music they are into. I also think it’s really important right
now to embrace great work that doesn’t fit into the current mono
music (and political?) agenda. There’s so much great stuff out there,
and I want to hear it and tell people interested in music about
it.
