A frightening panoply of mixed messages and overlapping images. Things like Baby Jesus sitting on Santa's lap and reindeer landing in the mall parking lot. My family's always there so it's ok.

A good number of years ago (1993) I had the chance to shake hands and chat a bit while working along side with Jimmy Carter as he was here in town with tool belt and hammer in hand working on a Habitat For Humanity project.

Jimmy Carter - The finest, most decent man to occupy the Oval Office in my lifetime. I'm a huge fan - then and now.

A: Maybe a show about average people auditioning their ideas for a movie. The winner gets to see his movie produced and played worldwide.

Or, for something really different, I could get a bunch of intelligent people to cohabit for a year.
