Question: Who tires you out?

A good lover.

Question: If Captain John Silver told you he had a powerful fear of hanging, how would you respond?

i am disinclined to acquiesce to your request.
thank you. we're all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view.
i need a lover that won't drive me crazy.
i brought my pencil . . . gimme something to write on!

if you love someone, let him fly. or break his wings so he can't leave.
on a hot summer night would you offer your throat to the wolf with the red roses?
the boob has been deboobed.
if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.
the opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.
kill one man, you're a murderer. kill a million, a king. kill them all, a god.

I believe that would be a "utopia." Although I sometimes classify myself as an eternal optimist, I don't really see that as a feasible concept.

A: Not a heck of a lot, I'd first have to compete against corporate forestry companies for lumber rights, then I'd have to wade through all the bureaucratic red tape. Then if I got that far, I'd have to find a market that didn't have prohibitive trade tariffs, and then once that was done, I'd have to fight the environmentalists in court and get a ruling in my favour to be allowed to chuck wood without protests and harassment.

I don't know if this counts but, at a wine festival in Simsbury, CT, back in the very early 70's, I chatted briefly with Mary Chapin Carpenter (okay, not a chat really, more of a "wow, I really love your stuff" to which she might have replied "Thank you"). She'd performed at the festival but was still an unknown at the time. If that doesn't count then I can admit to never knowing anyone who got signed to a major label.

And then cool off with a quick jaunt up that Everest hill

Followed with a relaxing dip in the Cribbean pool with the fishies

I don't have any long-term worries that come to mind, so my worries are small ones, really. My life has been in a state of flux for a while, and I worry about delays in terms of things settling down again now that I can see an end in sight.

A: I'm not sure, but apparently "quare" is an Irish variant of "queer" which may be used as an politically incorrect word, so this may be a reach but I would surmise that it's part of a upstart gay Irish Communist faction

Right now, it's watching the first season of '24' on Netflix. Each episode being an hour in real-time, that will eventually equate to 24 hours of my life dedicated to someone else's story. Sigh.
