For this you need two identical delay pedals.
Set the delay time of the second pedal to be exactly double of that of the first pedal.

You can either run the pedal into the second pedal or, if you have two amps, and an A/B/Y
pedal, run one into one amp, and the second pedal into the other for some real stereo fun.
