Artist: Tomas Michaud Album: New World Flamenco Jazz CD Review:
Any jazz lovers out there? Raise your hands. Now repeat: I need to listen to Tomas Michaud's new guitar jazz cd.
You won't be disappointed with
Seville French Kiss Moroccan Lullaby Whispers of Paradise No Reason Why Beautiful Little Moment Awakened by an Angel La Vida Maravillosa Winds of Time Hoping and Wishing Eyes Like the Moon and Stars Voodoo Love
This is lite jazz, for those migraine nights when lights are low and nothing else seems to ease the pain. Less fancy guitar work and more smooth arrangements go into this 58 minute cd.
Tomas Michaud - Flamenco guitar Obie Butterworth - Flamenco guitar Don Turney - keys Phil Thompson - drums David Margen - bass Brian Rice - percussion Wayne Ledbetter - saxes
These are the people who make this brightly fresh, mostly acoustic album radiate with love and relaxation. Don't let the Flamenco in the title fool you. You're in for a soft ride through forests of flowers, not a break-neck rumba ride. May all guitar albums help headaches this much.
