By Gian F - 10/21/2005 - 07:26 PM EDT
Artist: Dahrio
Album: "I Want To Play In Your Hair"
CD Review:
Genre: R&B Sounds Like: ? Technical Grade: 10 Production/Musicianship Grade: 10 Commercial Value: 10 Overall Talent Level: 9 Songwriting Skills: 9 Performance Skill: 9 Best Songs: Single Weakness: ? CD Review: Marques Houston, Trey Songz, Bobby Valentino, Omarion...Dahrio? You probably have not heard of the dazzling performing artist/songwriter/vocalist from Oakland, California, but he belongs in the same company as this group of young male song and dance artists who currently dominate the r&b airwaves and video programs.
As a testament to his versatility and performance prowess, Dahrio blazes a trail through the bedroom instead of the dance floor, with a hot, radio-ready track that was produced by one of the premier commercial music producers in Oakland, California, Chris Carter. While Dahrio does not have the vocal power or skill of Trey Songz, nor a deep roster like Bobby Valentino, he does have commercial sex appeal and refined perfromance skills that put him in the same league as Marques Houston and newly appointed dance king, Omarion. "I Want To Play In Your Hair," is the elevator that can take Dahrio to the next level.
Advice: Once your project is complete, this should be your first single and video. Your dance skills will be the icing on your cake.
