Artist: The TippHillbilllies Album: "Recipe" CD Review:
Wow, pass the napkins, this stuff is tangy, hot and tasty.
And there is lots of it. There are fifteen tracks on the CD played by 7 men. There are some lovely guitars, banjo, mando, organs, and percussion.
The lead singing and even some of the playing may remind you of the Grateful Dead. But thankfully “Recipe” contains15 songs about 3 minutes each instead of 3 songs played for about 25 minutes each.
There are some relaxed groove songs and some lightning picking. Grab some cold beer and hot food and enjoy everything cooked up for you here.
