Best Songs: Game Boy, Girl Gone, Not There
Weakness: Diversity/Depth
CD Review: It's not often that I receive hard rock packaged in a bubble gum rapper, but that's exactly what L.A. resident Jerra delivers in this radio friendly 6 song ep. The songs are catchy, spunky and clever. Though the first track, "Game Boy," has the most commercial appeal, the second track, "Girl Gone" (which is placed perfectly in the line-up) is the kind of party track that club goers will love to dance to after a couple of drinks; it's fun, hypnotic and intoxicating as are the bulk of the songs on Jerra's independent release which aptly showcases her writing, vocal, and guitar talents.

The only thing this project is lacking is more songs - one of which could be a "true" ballad that would illustrate Jerra's diversity as a songwriter and add some emotional depth.

Advice: Continue to do what you do, the way you are doing it. The "true" ballad I will be expecting to hear on your next project should be done your way.
